This is a double-walled 1500-gallon
fiberglass tank system that was installed in January 1987 to serve an emergency
generator.
Upon recent review of installation documents, we discovered that there were
no records of a tank test being performed on 882-DlU1 during construction.
Thus, on March 12, 1993, a precision leak test was performed using Horner EZY-
CHEK test equipment operated by a State licensed tank tester, Mr. Gary Williams
(License No. 90-1296), of Clayton Environmental Consultants, Pleasanton,
California. This tank system was found to be leak tight.
If you require additional information or have questions regarding any of the
integrity testing procedures or results, please call Sabre Coleman, Tank
Assessments and Guidance Group Leader at (510) 423-3430.
Sincerely,
C.
