Decontamination Proc dares Summary Attach additional pages as necessary to completely outline decontamination procedures to be used on site. Copy of company's standard decontamination procedures can be attached if properly cross-referenced against questions asked on summary sheet. Site Access Control and Security In each box, identify specific type of material/equipment to be used, and locations where material will be used. Examples: Warning Signs - "Danger, Construction Zone -- Hard Hats Required" signs shall be posted at all entrances into the worksite. Caution Tape - Red Danger, Contaminated Area tape will be used to separate the Contamination Reduction Zone from the Clean Area. - Fencing - Yellow Polyethylene "Snow" Fencing will be used to isolate the soil pile. Plastic Sheeting Nylon filament reinforced 20 mil polyethylene sheeting will be used to cover the soil pile at the end of each days work.
