'M 1 28 <br /> Mr. Bill Snavely <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Post Office Box 2009 <br /> Stockton,Ca. 95201 <br /> SUBJECT: May Monthly Tank Integrity Testing Results for Underground <br /> Petroleum Tanks Over 2,000 Gallons <br /> Dear Mr. Snavely: <br /> Title 23,California Code of Regulations, Division 3,Chapter 16 Underground Tank <br /> Regulations,Section 2643 (c), (1) requires monthly integrity testing of underground <br /> storage tanks that contain hazardous product or wastewater with a capacity of 2,000 <br /> gallons or more. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory presently has two USTs, <br /> 865-D1U1 and 871-D1U1 in that category at Site 300. These tanks contain diesel fuel for <br /> emergency stand-by generators or boilers. <br /> Enclosed is a summary table and a copy of the results of the integrity tests performed by <br /> state licensed tank tester, Mr. Richard J. Silva (License No. 91-1437),of Clayton <br /> Environmental Consultants,Inc., Pleasanton,California for the month of May. These <br /> tests were done using Horner EZY-CHEK test equipment. <br /> The results of the May 18 integrity test performed on tank 827-DlU1 and the May 26 <br /> test on tank 871-DlU1 show both of the tanks to be product tight. <br /> If you require additional information or have questions regarding this information or <br /> the results, please call Sabre Coleman,Tank Assessments and Guidance Group Leader <br /> at (510) 422-3430. <br /> Sincerely, _ <br /> C.
