Unscrew the drain valve. <br />2. Unscrew the cap (#3). <br />3. Remove screw (#11) and <br />washer (#10). <br />4. Clean and check the screen (#5), replace if it's damaged. <br />6. Clean all parts, and ensure that the O-ring (#7, p/n RP12-7) and the <br />plunger gasket #9, p/n RP12-9) have been replaced with new ones. <br />7. Ensure anti -seize compound is applied to the components noted in <br />exploded drawing on this page as well as <br />8. To assemble, reverse previous steps. <br />9. Screw in the drain valve until bottorned out and then an additional I- <br />10. <br />360 degree turn. Screw the cap (#3) back on until finger tight. <br />Note: Maintenance must be conducted once every 18 months, and/or if the drain valve fails <br />ARB drop tube tests TP201.1 C, or TP201.1 D or if valve causes failure of ARB pressure decay <br />test TP201'.3.
