This permit was for the verification of positive shut down
of the diesel STP by the diesel piping sump sensor (completed 06-05-12), and waste
oil sump sensor functionality. On 06-05-12 Walton replaced the sump sensor, which
did not fix the problem.
Walton would like to amend this permit's scope of work to include the following
equipment:
(1) veeder-Root TLS350 monitoring console
(1) veeder-Root 208 sump sensor
(1) veeder-Root 420 sensor (for interstitial)
(1) veeder-Root 420 sensor (for high level)
(1) veeder-Root overfill alarm
(1) veeder-Root Alarm Acknowledgement Switch
(2) Morrison Bros 2" Sensor Cap & Ring Kit
we will remove and dispose of the existing Ronan monitoring system and it's sensors.
install a wall mounted VR TLS350 monitoring console, wire and terminate three (3)
sensors into console. Place a VR 208 sensor in the waste oil piping sump, a VR 420
in the UST interstitial, and a VR 420 in the UST for high level monitoring. we will
also install a VR overfill alarm and acknowledgement switch.
we would like to complete this repair as soon as possible, scheduling your next
available inspection.
Please review and upon approval, contact me for inspection scheduling, thank you.
Tanya Thompson
WALTON ENGINEERING, INC.
(916) 373-1165 p (916) 373-1172 f
PO Box 1025, West Sacramento, CA 95691
tanya.t@waltonengineering.com
Page 1
own JU14
