The Ronan monitoring panel may also need a new module to connect the sump sensor.
The waste oil tank has double walled gravity flow piping from the oil change bays to the tank. The piping monitoring
point is a liquid sensor in the tank top sump.
Since double walled gravity flow piping requires continuous monitoring per the attached water board overview
document and Title 23, please amend the scope of work for the existing permit to repair the sump liquid sensor wiring
and send to me.
Here's the water board website link for the attached overview document:
http:Hwww.swrcb.ca.gov/water issues/programs/ust/leak prevention/docs/ust req table final 6 08.pdf
Thank you,
Garrett Backus, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205-6232
email: gbackus(c)-sjcehd.com
telephone: (209) 468-2986
fax: (209) 468-3433
website: http://www.sigov.org/ehd/Programs/UnitlIl/unitiii.htm
