The permit has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. This test is not required only if the primary <br />piping is not disconnected to make the repair. <br />b. Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for the Bravo secondary <br />containment flex boot as per the manufacturer install instructions. <br />c. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />d. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the dispenser Y2 under dispenser <br />containment sump after backfill. <br />e. Secondary containment testing on all product lines after backfill. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Secondary containment testing for the Diesel line is required six months after <br />installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />
