Hammer Ln., Stockton, Ca. <br />Your application for permit to install new piping at above location has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact Fire Department for permit. <br />2. All new submittals supercede the previous ones. <br />3. No automatic pump shut down was proposed. Annual line tightness test is required. <br />Submit result to EHD annually. <br />4. The overfill prevention shall satisfy California Code of Regulation (CCR) 2635 <br />(b)(2). <br />5. The underground storage tanks must be monitored in accordance with CCR 2632 for <br />the duration of this construction. <br />6. According to piping removal inspection, the existing line leak detectors were not Red <br />Jacket. Submit information and cut -sheet for leak detectors to EHD prior to <br />scheduling appointment for final inspection. <br />7. Any changes in information provided must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. <br />8. Contact me for inspection. See Required Inspection sheet for all required inspections. <br />All appointment must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />9. Submit an updated monitoring and response plan to EHD prior to scheduling final <br />inspection. The monitoring and response plan must satisfy all conditions listed in <br />CCR 2632 (d). <br />10.
