Hammer Lane
Stockton, California 95209
Dear Tim:
After reviewing your application for permit to install piping at above location, I observed
the following deficiencies:
1. Overfill container information. In application, you stated that it is existing; the cut -
sheet you submitted indicated that it is different. Please clarify and provide the
specification for the one that will be installed.
2. Piping layout. Page TK3-1 and TK3-2 of plan showed 2 different versions of piping
layout. Please provide a site specific piping layout.
3. Cut -sheets and information for piping low point containment sump and vapor
recovery piping condensation trap in containment sump. Page TK3-3 of plan.
4. Cut -sheet and information on flex boots. Page TK3-3 of plan.
5. Dispenser sump. The diagram on page TK3-3 of plan showed different sump from
the cut -sheet. Please clarify.
Please submit above information to me at your earliest convenience.
Your application for permit to remove piping has been approved with conditions. Please
refer to the actual permit application for conditions of approval.
