Enclosed is our submittal package. <br />1. Three copies of the Closure Application and Installation Application <br />2. Application fee of $ 858.00 ($ 624.00 installation and $ 234.00 closure) <br />3. Detail sheets <br />4. Three sets of plans <br />5. Site safety and health plan <br />6. A, B and C forms <br />The scope of work will involve the following. Remove and replace the gasoline dispensers <br />with new dispensers. Demolish the existing dispenser islands and construct new islands. <br />Install new product and vapor recovery piping as needed from the dispenser islands to the <br />storage tanks. Please send a copy of the permit to my attention. <br />In an effort to reduce some plan check comments that may arise I would like to provide the <br />following statements: <br />1. Any concerns about the depth to grade of the dispenser sumps and piping will be <br />evaluated at the time of excavation. If it is determined that the existing conditions do not <br />provide proper piping slope details for piping low point including monitoring equipment <br />will be provided to San Joaquin County Environmental Health. <br />2.
