The <br />incomplete sentence is due to a CERS system limitation on the number of characters in the comments <br />box- The abbreviated portion should read: "L8 Sensor Wiring, Vapor condensate trap sump liquid sensor <br />(VR208) will trigger 'fuel alarm' message and positive shutdown. VR 420 liquid sensor set two inches <br />from bottom of vapor condensate trap will trigger 'sensor out' message. Operator will immediately turn <br />on the siphon valve on the fuel turbine and empty the vapor condensate trap." <br />The monitoring plan in has been modified in CERS. <br />- Item 115; <br />DO Compliance Form has been uploaded to CERS. <br />Item 125., <br />9 See Item 201 <br />• Current Monitoring Plan was developed on CERS, and placed in binder <br />• Missing DO, August 2013, is included with this fax <br />• Liquid was removed from all sumps during inspection, and placed Into multiples gallon <br />containers on site. <br />Item 201: <br />Fuel alarm on 2/7/15 was due to removal of liquid sensor during sump clean out. Removed liquid was <br />placed Into a S gallon container kept on site. We are currently working with HMC, our sole maintenance <br />vendor, to rebuild all maintenance logs from the preceding 4 years. <br />Item 205, <br />Fees have been paid. Expect UST Permit shortly. <br />Item 207: <br />Designated operator has been informed of Issues. <br />Item 209, <br />Training log has been returned to the compliance binder. Copies of log and records are attached. <br />
