No permit is needed with us because Mr. Parkinson already has an ATC for his Phase II EVR system that has not been fully implemented because of the need to pass LCT testing. For future reference, if you were doing an LCT project not associated with an existing ATC, a new ATC would be needed. Thanks for getting this worked out. I know it is confusing to Mr. Parkinson, but this is the correct way to get his vapor recovery system up to speed and it will help him avoid issues in the future. I wish this would have been looked at during his CARB certification period with Hirt, but it apparently was not.
