Preparation of a site-specific Health and Safety Plan (HSP) prior to <br /> implementation of in-place abandonment activities; <br /> 2. Preparation and submittal of a permit application to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department for the in-place closure and permanent <br /> abandonment of one, 8,000-gallon diesel fuel UST; <br /> 3. In-place closure and permanent abandonment of one, 8,000-gallon capacity <br /> fiberglass UST and associated piping; and <br /> 4. Preparation of a UST abandonment report summarizing soil and groundwater <br /> assessment activities, detailing field methodologies utilized, and documenting <br /> the in-place abandonment procedures and protocols. <br />
