(Padre) is presenting the attached Technical Work Plan / Site
Health and Safety Plan (TWP/HSP) outlining the proposed tasks to safely complete limited soil
and groundwater assessment activities at the Kaiser Permanente Manteca Medical Center
located at 1777 West Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, San Joaquin County, California (Project
Site).
The objective of the limited soil and groundwater assessment program is to safely
evaluate an area of the Project Site that currently contains one, 8,000-gallon capacity diesel fuel
underground storage tank (UST). The UST was installed reportedly circa 1985, and is currently
planned to be closed in-place. The UST will be replaced by a new 8,000-gallon aboveground
storage tank (AST).
Padre appreciates the opportunity to provide environmental consulting services to
Petro-Analytical, Inc. and Kaiser Permanente.
