A work shall be completed in phases as follows to <br /> comply with federal, state d local environmental 1 ws and regulations. <br /> TANK CLOUSER: <br /> 1. Disconnect existing lines inside ding area and drain lines back into existing tank. <br /> 2. Drain and remove all existing pu 'ng units located in sump area. Install a bypass hose from <br /> existing fuel oil supply and fu e oil re rn back to tank man way. Blow existing lines out with <br /> nitrogen. <br /> 3. Flush existing fuel oil sup and fuel oil r urn lines, vent lines with water and blow lines out <br /> with nitrogen. <br /> 4. Remove remaining die 1 fuel and water with a acuum truck. <br /> 5. Remove existing ma way and clean existing 8,0 gallon Diesel fuel tank with hot water <br /> washer and soap. Dispose of rinsate liquid through a azardous Waste Manifest. <br /> 6. Test existing tan with LEL meter to insure lel and ox en reading are at allowable limits. <br /> 7. Fill existing to with a Controlled Density Fill to within welve inches of finish grade. <br /> 8. Saw cut and r move all existing man ways located on the ex' ting tank pad. <br /> 9. Pour appro mately 60 square feet of new concrete over repair area, all concrete shall be 8" <br /> in thickne s, with#4 bar @ 12" on center, all rebar shall be epo 'ed into existing slabs. All <br /> new co rete will be a standard (5) sack 3/a" mix. <br /> 10.
