Correct address and hauler registration number. Hauler registration number is not valid. <br /> On the Closure Permit application, sections 6 lists incorrect information for ECI. <br /> 2. Correct Rinsate hauler registration number. Hauler registration number does not match <br /> the Hauler company name, address and phone number. On the Closure Permit <br /> application, section 7e lists incorrect information for Clearwater. <br /> 3. Check an answer for 14 of the Closure Permit application. <br /> 4. Work plan clarification of where the drill hole will be sampled.
