Financial responsibility documents was submitted to the EHD annually. The copy in file is dated <br />3/24/11. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete <br />and submit a copy of the financial responsibility to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. A <br />current copy of the financial responsibility was received during inspection. <br />313. The 87 spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. The spill <br />container was replaced and retested during the inspection. Obtain a permit from the EHD for this work <br />within one business day. If a permit is not obtained within one business day, a "Failure to Obtain a <br />Pei rpenalty will apply.
