TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) payable to the <br />CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund to be used for the purpose of enhancing the <br />investigation, inspection and enforcement of Unified Programs throughout the State of California; <br />c. TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) payable to the <br />California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association (CHMIA) for enforcement training <br />programs. The entire TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00) shall be <br />used by CHMIA to assist the Western States Project in improving the training facilities in <br />conjunction with California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) for the Advanced Environmental <br />Criminal Training Program (AECTP) courses. <br />8. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of SIX THOUSAND SEVEN <br />HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($6,710.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit <br />incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said <br />payment shall be due and pavable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San <br />Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($4,000.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin <br />County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and 12Wble to the aforementioned <br />agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br />Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />10. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or <br />proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is THREE HUNDRED NINETY- <br />FIVE DOLLARS ($395.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br />Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />11. At any time after the Final Judgment has been in effect for FIVE (5) years, and Defendant <br />has paid all amounts due hereunder, Defendant may, with notice to Plaintiff, file a motion requesting <br />that the Court order that the Permanent Injunction provisions of Paragraph 3 - 3k shall have no <br />prospective force or effect based on Defendants's demonstrated history of compliance with the Final <br />4 <br />PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
