I Judgment. Within thirty (30) days of the filing of Defendant's motion, the People will either: take no <br />2 action, file a statement of non -opposition, or file an opposition. If the People agree that Defendant <br />3 has substantially complied with the obligations set forth in the Final Judgment, the People will file a <br />4 statement of non -opposition to Defendant's motion. Otherwise, the People may file an opposition <br />5 setting forth the People's reasoning and will recommend that the Final Judgment, including the <br />6 injunctive provisions, remain in effect. Within fifteen (15) days of any filing by the People, <br />7 Defendant may file a reply. The Parties agree that the Court may grant Defendant's request upon <br />8 determining that Defendant has substantially complied with the obligations set forth herein. <br />9 12. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
