California Code Regulations (CCR)2637(a)(4)Underground storage tank owners shall submit <br /> a copy of the test report to the local agency within 30 days of completion of the test. <br /> -->This facility has not submitted the secondary containment test results. <br /> CCR 2636(b)All corrodible underground piping, if in direct contact with backfill material, shall <br /> be protected against corrosion. <br /> —�This was not verified by EHD. <br /> CCR 2636(c)(1)Primary piping in contact with hazardous substances under normal operating <br /> conditions shall be installed inside a secondary containment system which may be a secondary <br /> pipe,vault, or a lined trench. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all <br /> releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping. <br /> This was not verified by EHD. <br /> CCR 2636(e) All new primary piping and secondary containments systems shall be tested for <br /> tightness after installation in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Primary pressurized <br /> piping shall be tested for tightness hydrostatically at 150 percent of design operating pressure or <br /> pneumatically at 110 percent of design operating pressure. If the calculated test pressure for <br /> pressurized piping is less than 40 psi, 40 psi shall be used as the test pressure. The pressure shall <br /> be maintained for a minimum of 30 minutes and all joints shall be soap tested.
