Michael Canlis Blvd <br /> The permit application to cut concrete and expose the underground storage tank to repair <br /> the interstitial riser and to replace the electrical and piping penetrations on the diesel <br /> the following <br /> sump at the above referenced site has been approved with t e additional <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter certification and is manufacturer certified for all equipment <br /> used must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br /> from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 4. All fittings must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See Title 23 <br /> Chapter 16 Table B for complete list) and shall be installed per the manufacturers' <br /> installation instructions. <br /> 5. Contact EHD for the following inspections (Allow a 48 hour notice for all <br /> inspections): <br /> a. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on repaired sump. <br /> b. Testing of annular sensor <br /> 6. Once concrete is poured, all lines and tanks shall have an integrity test performed <br /> in accordance to manufacturer. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of <br /> returning the site to operating condition. <br /> 7.
