Contact local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits and requirements. 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. 3. All piping and connections shall bear an UL label. 4. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. 5. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 for the following inspections. 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. (a) If inspection reveals soil samples are required, the following information must be submitted within 30 days of the sample date: (i) Analytical results mailed directly from a California certified laboratory or this office will not accept them. (ii) See attached page 4 & 5 of the permit application for required analytical tests. (iii) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping, rinsate, or residual fuel. (b) Primary piping, Secondary piping and piping slope, if piping are involved in this construction. (c) 24-hour lake test on UDCs. (d) Spill bucket test. (e) Overfill prevention must provide positive shut-off to the tank when the tank is filled to no more than 95 percent of capacity as per section 2635(b)(2)(C). (f) Final inspection. A final inspection must be performed prior to returning this station to operation.
