(ii) If necessary, a third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and <br />results prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />(iii) Test sensors. <br />(iv) Submit an as -built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. <br />(v) Submit updated form A, form B, and form C. <br />6. Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon <br />installation, 6 months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter; result shall be <br />received by this office within 30 days of the completion of the test. <br />7. Permit expires within 90 days.
