Contact local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. All piping and connections shall beat an UL label. <br />4. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />5. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 for the following inspections. 48-hour notice for <br />inspection appointments is required. <br />(a) If inspection reveals soil samples are required, the following information must be <br />submitted within 30 days of the sample date: <br />�v`(G"� (i) Analytical results mailed directly from a California certified laboratory or this <br />office will not accept them. <br />(ii) See attached page 4 & 5 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br />(iii) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping, rinsate, or residual fuel. <br />(b) Primary piping, Secondary piping and piping slope, if piping are involved in this <br />construction. `90k,111414 <br />(c) 24-hour lake test on UDCs. <br />p[,,: (d) Spill bucket test. <br />3�bq- 6 (e) Overfill prevention must provide positive shut-off to the tank when the tank is filled to <br />no more than 95 percent of capacity as per section 2635(b)(2)(C). <br />(f) Final inspection.
