This warranty is contingent on the reps r <br />oe,ng performed by a certified and trained installer using the Bluellne Technologies Installation instructions. <br />-Deterioration" for the purpose of this warranty Is defined as significant physical property loss that resuifs in <br />cracking, swelling to the point that the seal is compromised, or the general breakdown of the boot. If a Iasi 's <br />caused by this type of deterioration it will be considered a product failure and will constitute a legitimate warranly <br />claim. Warranty Replacement parts will be warranted for the period corresponding to the remaining warrant; <br />period of the original part. Slight swelling or discoloration will not materially detract from part performance ana <br />does not constitute a breach of warranty. In the event a breach of warranty occurs as defined above, Bluellne <br />Technologies liability Is outlined below. <br />Warranty against Performance Fallure <br />This warranty provides for the replacement of any Blueline boot, reducer, or Insert that has falled, Any par,, <br />'allures tnat were not Installed by a current, trained installer, will not be covered by this warranty. <br />Notification of Claim <br />"nis Warranty requires that Bluellne Technologies be notified in writing of any claims within fourteen days cf <br />oecoming aware of the failure, Claim notifications must Include the site name and address, pictures and details of <br />the failing parts, the name and address of the installing contractors company, and the individual trained Installer <br />who carried out the work. Additionally, the date of Installation, and any other pertinent information requestea b, <br />3 'mine Technologies will need to be provided, Blueline Technologies reserves the right to Inspect all reported <br />claims. Failure to comply constitutes a waiver of all rights under this Warranty. <br />This warranty applies to Bluelina Technologies specified repair programs only. <br />Misuse and Force Majeure <br />B'uei ne Technologies have no obligations under this warranty with respect to products that have been modifieu <br />or damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling by the Purchaser or Purchasers customer <br />Damage from fire, structural failure, earthquake and other force ma)eure events are not covered <br />Unintended Uso of Products <br />Bluellne Technologies products are intended only for use by Blueline Technologies certifled and trained installers <br />ano only for the intended uses as described In the corresponding Blueline Technologies training Manual from 1` <br />Ncvember 2002.
