We will furnish and install test boots on secondary containment piping and test. <br />2. Upon completion of testing and passing the containment piping, we will grind, <br />sand and clean the existing penetrations and re -fiberglass as necessary. <br />We will test sumps upon completion of repairs. <br />NOTES: <br />a) Permits if necessary are not included. However, a work plan, submittals and test <br />results will be provided to San Joaquin County Environmental Health District. <br />b) This is an Estimate Only. Since the exact nature of all necessary repairs is <br />unknown, this will be done on a TIME and MATERIAL BASIS.
