This inspection and certification <br />determined this facility does not meet the overfill prevention requirement based on California Code of <br />Regulation (see attached documentation). <br />Maintenance and safety related items at this facility are under the Sheriff's department control and, <br />therefore, action must be taken to insure items reflected in the attached report are corrected. I will <br />instruct Rick Tirappelle, Lead Automotive Mechanic, that his group must maintain the cleanliness of <br />the spill buckets, #13 in the report. All other items would be under your control to correct. Please note <br />the various dates action must be taken relative to items in the report. <br />Stockton Service Station is our local vendor who does maintenance on hoses and our automated <br />fueling station. If you wish, Jim Paton of Stockton Service Station would be pleased to consult with <br />you on items that must be corrected. He may be reach at 464-8333.
