This letter is a <br />request for information regarding soil or groundwater contamination at the site or <br />adjacent properties; depth and direction of groundwater; Source of drinking water <br />(closest well in distance & direction); environmentally related violations, incidents <br />&/or enforcement actions on-site or in surrounding area; registration, knowledge or <br />reports of Underground Storage Tanks for the site. A site location map is attached. <br />A written response is required by FAA to complete our report.
