I have reviewed the file for this facility and the tank was installed in 1991 and has
ball floats installed at all openings (i.e.,vent). The options that this facility has are:Audio visual alarm that works in
conjunction with the ATG and Monitoring panel or a mechanical flapper drop tube that shuts off at 95%. Upon testing the
spill bucket with water(AB2481) it failed. So the cause of the failure needs to be investigated. If Wright Environmental
Services, Inc. is chosen as the contractor to make these repairs they could amend it to the current permit for the piping
installation. Please contact me for any questions regarding this matter
http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/cwphome/ust/docs/igs/Ig-150-1.html
Raymond von Flue
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
304 E.
