All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue <br /> deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and <br /> certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is <br /> a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. Current diesel inventory: 3,158 <br /> gallons <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by[4001111F-, 30 days from now] . <br /> Consent to perform the ffispection, take photos and collect samples was given by Joe Bagley, contractor. This <br /> facility's designated operator is Jesse Berumen (ICC expiration date: June 2016 ) . The service technician was <br /> Eric Molgaard (ICC expiration date: 2/2015 ), who had the following manufacturer's certifications: veeder-root <br /> 11/2016 . <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Owner/Operator: Written Agreement (if <br /> applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of Designated UST Operator <br /> Compliance. <br /> ICC service technician expiration dates for Jesse Berumen listed incorrectly on reports August-December 2014. <br /> According to Joe Bagley, Jesse's DO certification expires June 2016.
