We have reviewed your request and the supporting documents <br />you provided, and we have consulted with the local permitting agency and water <br />pu rveyor. <br />The local agency has moved your site to the correct location in our Geotracker <br />database. The local water purveyor has provided information that shows that the wells <br />identified in our Geotracker database are incorrectly located, and that the correct <br />location of these wells is greater than 1000 feet from your UST's.
