Harper, MHA, CHE <br />Senior Vice President/Area Manager <br />Central Valley Service Area <br />We have received a letter from your office regarding a possible violation of California Health <br />and Safety Code Section 25298(a) and California Code of Regulations Section 2670(e) about our fuel lines at <br />7373 West Lane Stockton, Ca. 95210. In your letter you had asked us to declare our intentions about the fuel <br />lines. We do indeed intend on using the piping to the boilers. The piping has not been abandoned. <br />We have continued to comply with the containment and monitoring requirements of Articles 3 and 4 of <br />California Code of Regulations Title 23 Div. 3 Chapter 16 Underground Tank Regulations on our entire UST <br />system which includes the piping associated with the boilers. <br />As stated above our intent is to use the piping to the boilers. We will also need to comply with the <br />California Air Quality Board in order to use the fuel to the boilers.
