Disconnect supply and return at building and in <br />tank sump. Triple rinse lines from building to sump using outlet in sump to pump through <br />cleaning agent from five gallon buckets into existing product line. Place rinse in label drum on <br />site for hospital to dispose of. Pull out flex line, once flex line is removed cut up to fit inside a <br />labeled hazardous waste drum and will left on site for the Hospital to dispose of as well. The <br />supply and return line will be capped in tank sump with outlet. See below for part # <br />Cut secondary line outside of Boiler room, just above grade introduce slurry into secondary line, <br />until slurry is coming out of outlet in sump to show that the line has been completely filled flesh. <br />Item #6 Describe how the aboveground portion of piping, supply and return lines will be <br />disposed of. Triple rinse with cleaning agent, pumping from top/ceiling of pipe through pipe <br />going through cement wall outside. Catching rinse in drum. After rinsing, remove pipe from <br />ceiling and jointing locations to be cut up to fit in label drum and left on site for Hospital to <br />disposed of. <br />Item #7 Will Sign Service Request Form at front counter.
