The UST Facility Operating Permit Application and UST Tank Information is not approved in the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, correct the required <br />information, and submit for review by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />Complete a separate tank form for each tank. <br />108. Sump penetration fittings were installed on 5-31-13 and six month testing was due by 12-2013. <br />Sump tightness testing has not been completed and is one month past due. Secondary containment <br />testing is required six months after installation and then every 36 months. Immediately schedule this <br />test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br />Notes <br />1. The monitoring system took 10 minutes to trigger an alarm when tested today in "normal" mode. I <br />recommend that the monitoring system be evaluated since the sensors should trigger an alarm within a <br />few seconds. There may be a problem with the system. <br />2.
