To convert Phase I system from coaxial to two point. <br />This includes new Phil Tite fill spill buckets on the <br />fills and Phase I risers whith new adaptors, caps, etc. <br />Also new drop tubes. <br />2. Three new P -V vent caps on vent lineEl <br />3. Install monitoring sensors in the under dispenser sumps <br />that will positively shut off the turbine pumps in the <br />event of a leak. <br />Rnclosed are the following relative to this project: <br />A. Application for Underground Tank Retrofit. <br />B. Our check No. 7860 in the amount of $267.00 to cover <br />the permit fee. <br />C.
