The following violations have not been corrected. <br />Violation #2: Submit a monitoring & response plan to this office that complies <br />with the requirements stated in section 2632 (d) of the California <br />Underground Storage Tank Regulation (U.S.T. Reg's). The plan <br />you submitted does not cover all the components required under <br />the referenced U.S.T. regulation. You can complete and return <br />the enclosed monitoring & response plan to satisfy the above <br />requirement. <br />Violation #4: The monitoring equipment used for leak detection is required to <br />be checked for operability or running condition (at least once per <br />calendar year) according to section 2630 (d) of the U.S.T. Reg's. <br />Please submit verification that the sensor probes and control <br />panel has been checked for operability according to the <br />referenced code section. <br />Please submit the requested information to this office by October 29, 1996. An <br />operating permit can be issued for this facility after the above violations have been <br />corrected by submitting the requested information to this office.
