The tanks shall be <br />manufactured by O/C TANKS CORP. <br />Tanks shall be tested and installed with pea <br />gravel or approved alternate backfill <br />material according to the current installation <br />instructions (O/C TANKS Publication <br />3 -PE -6304) provided with the tank. <br />The following continuous monitoring condi- <br />tions are compatible with the cavity between <br />the inner and outer tank: <br />• Vented to atmosphere <br />• Sealed tank cavity <br />• Vacuum -3" mercury maximum <br />(1.5 psi max.) <br />• Positive air pressure (3 psi max.) <br />• Hydrostatic pressure -7 foot maximum <br />head pressure over tank top. <br />Clearance between inner and outer <br />wall ................................................ 7/8 inch <br />Governing Standards: <br />1.
