Regulation 40 CFR Part <br />280. The "CLS -2501 Four -Tank System is capable of <br />measuring the level of product over the full range of <br />each tank's height to within 0.1 inches. <br />The TLS -250i, when properly installed, com- <br />plies with the technical standards for interstitial moni- <br />toring for tanks and piping in Sections 280.43(g), <br />280.44(a) when used with the Veeder-Root sump sen- <br />sor switch, and 280.44(c) of U.S. E.P.A. Regulation <br />40 CFR Part 280. The TLS -2501, when used in the <br />interstitial space of a double -walled underground <br />storage tank, can detect a release through the inner <br />wall in any portion of the tank that routinely contains <br />product.
