Victor Road <br />Lodi, CA <br />Dear Kasey, <br />This is in follow up to the tank removal we did at subject <br />site on April 4, 1991. Attached arc the following documents <br />relative to this project: r <br />1. Manifests upon which the tank residues and rinsate was <br />shipped and disposed of on, <br />2. Tank disposal certification, <br />3. San Joaquin County Tank Tracking record, <br />4. Soils sampling and analysis report as prepared by Condor <br />Earth Technologies Inc. <br />Based on Condors recommendations and project site safety we <br />have backfilled and compacted the hole with native sandy soil. This <br />was used inside of the usual pea gravel, at the request of the City <br />of Lodi Public Works Dept. in order to properly support the thrust <br />block for the fire plug that had to be removed to accommodate the <br />tank removal. <br />S' e1y,� <br />KEITH A.
