D.a ye <br />STATE LICENSE No. 323417 <br />CLASSIFICATION: A-HAZ., C81D40 <br />STATE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSOR No.: 01781 <br />Telephone: (209) 754-1808 <br />Post Office Box 950 <br />750 Industrial Way <br />SAN ANDREAS, CALIFORNIA 95249 <br />April 2, 1991 <br />Per our April 1, 1991 telephone conversation, I am enclosing <br />herewith the permit application package for the removal of an old <br />underground motor fuel tank that was discovered at this site late <br />on March 29, 1991. <br />It is not in the same area where we are burying the new tanks. <br />However it is in an area that will delay the finish grading and <br />paving of the entire project until it is removed and the hole <br />cleaned up if necessary. <br />Therefore I would appreciate if you could please approve this <br />application on an emergency basis so we could remove this tank on <br />Wednesday or Thursday before we move our excavator away from this <br />job. I hereby agree to reimburse San Joaquin County Health Services <br />for any overtime charges that may be required to expedite this <br />approval. <br />If you have any questions, etc. we can discuss them on <br />Wednesday AM, April 3, 1991 when you come to witness the setting <br />of the new tanks. <br />Sincerely, <br />KEITH A.
