Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits and requirements. 2. Any Changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. 3. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. 4. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: a. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). b. Spill bucket must satisfy CCR2635(b)(1) and pass a 30 -minute lake test or equivalent method. 5. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received by this office within 7 days of completing the project. 6. Permit expires within 90 days.
