Attached are two prints showing the proposed site layout. <br />These plans are scheduled to be finalized by April 29, 1991: we would appreciate <br />receiving a written response to the following items for developing our Construction <br />Documents on or before this date. <br />1) Are Phase I (fill) and/or Phase II (dispensers) vapor recovery systems <br />required? <br />2) Are sample wells required in the immediate vicinity of the underground tanks? <br />3) Do you anticipate any change in regulations in the near future which could <br />affect our projects? <br />4) Please send us your current regulations/guidelines and two each of your <br />pertinent application forms. <br />We anticipate construction to begin June 21, 1991.
