The problem discovered at the site was a malfunctioning TLS 350 that <br /> was in a continuous warm start loop (warm start error). To fix the problem temporarily, <br /> the TLS 350 was cold started and reprogrammed on 6/13/09. It was determined that the <br /> ECPU2 board would have to be replaced and the system cold started once again today, <br /> 6/15/09. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
