The technician must print out a copy of the alarm history prior to performing the <br />"cold start" of the Veeder Root system and have the copy available at the time of <br />EHD inspection. <br />7. All product installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br />labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br />California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete list.). <br />Pursuant to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) listings, only those products <br />bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. Any part/product not marked with <br />the UL label will be rejected. <br />8. Update and submit a copy of the Monitoring and Response Plans for each tank no <br />later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />9. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval.
