Page 2 <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />6. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval. Note: If an extension to the <br />expiration date is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior <br />to the expiration date. <br />7.
