Box 2292 <br />Brea, CA 92821-2922 <br />This letter is in response to the Air Quality inspection report issued on February 3, 2012 to Chevron Station #201383, <br />located at 1960 W 11 th St. Tracy, CA 95376. <br />Below is our response regarding the 1 item noted in the attached inspection report. <br />204. The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the July <br />2011 designated operator monthly inspection report. The missing alarms include: gross line failure and <br />product leak detector shutdown alarms on 6-27-11 of the Q3 87 product line leak detector. During the <br />monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for previous month, check that <br />each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with <br />documentation taken in response to any alarms on the monthly repot. <br />The above was address by the designated operator on the day of the inspection.
