All spill containers shall have a <br /> minimum capacity of five gallons. During the inspection, the service technician repaired the diesel spill container by <br /> replacing the drain valve and o-ring, and the service technician replaced the o-rings on the 91 and 87 spill buckets. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site on January 25, 2016, to conduct a routine UST monitoring system certification, spill container and line Leal <br /> detector inspection. An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The <br /> report was amended by the EHD. The amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> Please be aware that following upgrades to this service station, facility operators are required to upload the <br /> following UST program documents into the California Environmental Reporting Systems (CERS):UST Monitoring <br /> Site Plan (change sensor model numbers); UST product contents revised for each tank, under dispenser <br /> containment (UDC) changed to double wall. Also explain why monitoring of the interstitial space of the UDCs is <br /> not being done. <br /> Allie Smith, cashier, called Helen McCarty, manager, and Helen gave permission to perform the inspection, take <br /> photos, and collect samples, if needed. <br /> A cold start was not necessary today.
