List components to be repaired or replaced and attach a diagram drawn <br />to scale showing location of repairs and/or replacements. If repairing a component, describe how this will be done. (If <br />adding piping, UDC's, or other UST equipment, or performing tank top upgrade, use the UST Installation Application <br />pages 4-8 as necessary for a timely plan review): <br />CONVERT EXISTING 91 UST TO DIESEL, CONVERT EXISTING 89 TO 91 UST. <br />REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING DISPENSERS AND UDC'S <br />INSTALL 6 NEW MULTI -GRADE DISPENSERS WITH HANGING HARDWARE. <br />INSTALL 6 NEW DW UDC'S <br />RE INSTALL 208 SUMP SENSORS IN UDC'S, INSTALL NEW 209 SUMP SENSORS IN STP SUMPS AND FILL SUMPS <br />AND PERFORM COLD START OF TLS -050 <br />INTALL NEW PLLD 1N TURBINES PART # 848480-003 <br />4.
