Main Street
Stockton, Ca 95202-3029
Dear Muniappa Naidu, REHS
During the monitoring test, we found out that there were a small amount of water in 87octane
sump but the amount was not large enough to trigger the alarm. I have investigated the problem
by using color dye to trace any leaks. I found out the dye was coming in from the ground level of
the sump when the silicone is not perfectly dry or when it is not perfectly sealed tight. To ensure
that no water can get in, I sealed two layers of silicone which will keep the water out.
The water that was withdrawn from the sump was taken to CLEAN HARBOR to dump as
hazardous waste. I have included the manifest with this letter. Any questions please contact me
at 209-462-7621.
Thanks for y ur time,
Thien Phan -
Partnerwrtr
