I immediately contacted ELITE IV to apply <br />for the permit so they can fix it as soon as possible. After the permit was approved, they came <br />out to our site to fix the spill bucket which took them a couple of days. Then it was tested and <br />passed on March 27, 2008. <br />During the same time when our testing company (CHAMPION) failed to bring the appropriate <br />testing device to test the leak detectors. I immediately contacted them to so they can reschedule <br />the test and make sure that they would bring the appropriate testing devices for the leak detectors. <br />The test passed on the same day as our spill bucket inspection. <br />I have also included receipts from Elite N coming out to fix our 91 spill bucket. I tried my best <br />to get the spill bucket fix as soon as I can.
